US Media Now is an operational business division, responsible for gathering information and reporting on news and current affairs involving victims of corruption within the family courts throughout the United States of America.
If you are a past or current victim or believe you are a victim of political corruption within your state division family court, please submit a “Case Information Management” form-(C.I.M. form) to our investigative Department Of Professional Standards - US Media Now. (Both Civil & Criminal cases are accepted.)
Our Department of Professional Standards team is committed to recognizing and maintaining our governments established system of checks and balances while investigating and uncovering the “Modus Operandi” of criminals working within the court systems throughout the United States of America.
What is Modus Operandi?
The term Modus Operandi is a Latin phrase, meaning mode or manner of operating. Modus Operandi is often used in police work when discussing crime and addressing the methods employed by criminals. It is also used in criminal profiling, where it can help in finding clues to the offender's psychology. It largely consists of examining the actions used by the individuals to execute the crime, prevent its detection and facilitate escape. A suspect's modus operandi can assist in their identification, apprehension, or repression, and can also be used to determine links between crimes.
Across the nation, stories abound that deal with wrongdoings in the family court such as bias, favoritism, due process, abuse of power, collusion, threats, fraud, perjury, cronyism and corruption. Fathers and mothers who call out these wrong doings with the court and its players are dismissed as being disgruntled. These parents can speak to their experiences and provide evidence that meets the burden of proof in exposing breakdowns in law, due process, ethics and judicial discretion.
The rules for professional conduct are structured to discourage unethical behavior in the courts among judges and lawyers. However in practice the rules for professional conduct are a notable failure and create a system where the abuses of power prosper at the expense of parents and their children.
This systematic abuse often takes the form of court ordered psychological evaluations and counseling without presenting just cause, threats of parental incarceration for refusing judicial orders, forced reunification therapy between abuser and victim(s), altered transcripts, ex parte’ communications, court proceedings wherein the records have been sealed, hearings held and orders issued without reporters, all of which reinforces abuse of power and sustains a corrupt industry, a well-honed collusion between the courts and their players; judges, attorneys, guardian ad litems, mediators, psychologists, counselors, therapists, child protection services and their cohorts, all driven by the profits they reap from their corruption.
Family Court has become highly profitable business. In courtrooms across this nation, children are being torn away and isolated from their father or mother as they become pawns in a game designed to keep parent’s fighting, and money flowing. Children, who seldom have a voice in the courts, are frequently returned to their abusers, subjected to further abuse through children’s services and an unchecked foster care system, sexually trafficked, and tragically, unable to deal with the trauma, have died by suicide or at the hands of their abusers.
Corruption in the Family Court is rampant from East coast to West coast, and in Missouri where a recent scheme called, “ $Cash for Kids” was exposed in one of many recorded videos that was leaked anonymously, resulting in the most ever documented cases of recusals by judges and attorneys in United States history.
Our objective is to dismantle family court corruption by providing a nationwide database through which victims can network, identify the “players” in their respective court case, share and compare their personal court experiences, garner support for one another, attend court hearings and become a “court watcher” for those victims who have “no” support in the immediate area.
Please submit your “Case Information Management” form as your participation and willingness to share your family court experience will help expose family court corruption.
Once registered stay connected with US Media Now and continue to update your case information as new developments occur. As US Media Now updates become available in your area be sure to network with other victims and stay tuned for updates concerning nationwide reform and how you can help.
Thank you,
The US Media Now Team!
